Sci-fi Sandbox Dual Universe Announced Equally The First "Boundless" MMO

Genus Paris-supported indie studio Novaquark announced now the development of Dual Universe, a sandbox Sci-fi game for PC which will employ unique technology to go the first "limitless" MMORPG.

Played in first somebody view, Dual Universe takes place in a vast realistic macrocos made of millions of planets, and focuses on emergent made-up gameplay based around exploration, mining, crafting, trade, politics and warfare.

The concept of Dual Universe is described by Novaquark as a "Boundless MMO": supported an innovative server technology called CSSC (Sustained Single-Shard Cluster), the game enables everybody to child's play in the unvarying world-wide, at the Saami time, without any slicing of the game universe into instances or zones. To boot, for the first time in a single-shard MMO, the humans is exclusively modifiable and an oceanic number of players will comprise free to build together, collaborate or compete.
